Face-to-Face: Situational Awareness

Situational Awareness or situation awareness is the understanding of an environment, its elements, and how it changes with respect to time or other factors. Situational awareness is important for effective decision making in many environments and to minimize personal or professional risk.

We should be constantly aware of our environment, elements and circumstances that can affect our personal safety during a planned event, a deployment (such as shelter operations) or in our personal lives.
