Mission Coordinator Documents

Role of  Mission Coordinator:
  • Promote the event within ARESDEC, solicit attendance & track attendees (Please do this via Google sheets or survey where u can share progress and results with EC & Ops)
  • Work with served agency event coordinator on route map & communication needs (Route Maps)
  • Coordinate any logistics such as antenna, mast, feedline, radio, aprs, tracers, ect…
  • Create an Incident Action Plan (201, 202, 204 205, 214) using Texas IMT ICS xls documents
  • Engage ARESDEC Ops if you need assistance with communications plan, IAP or membership recruitment
  • Work with Operations & EC on assignments (NCS, ANCS, INCM, Rover, Lofer & Checkpoints)
  • Review draft IAP with Ops or EC prior to publishing to membership
  • Day of event you will manage and oversee ARESDEC communications and relations with served agency (**Any ARESDEC member issues relating to less then professional behavior are to be directed to and resolved by EC or Ops Chief)
