DESCRIPTION:Aug 9th update: Delayed.  Instructor deployed to wildland fire.  More info forthcoming…\n \nWe’ve been having a very high number of Wx Net Activations and recently Activated twice on the same day! Spotters are doing a great job\, but we’re a little thin in terms of R1D5 members that can successfully run a Severe Wx Net using weather radar software (such as GRLevel3). \nJim Rooney/N4JJR is planning to conduct a small workshop next month for the next generation of R1D5 Severe Wx Net Control operators. He’ll cover all facets of Net control from Script to logging and reporting observations.
