ARES Section Winlink 101 Online Workshop

Have you used Winlink before?  Do you want to learn more about it?   Winlink is a critical tool to the ARES member toolbox and is used by ALL Colorado ARES groups.  We each should know how to send and receive messages over the Internet and by radio wave propagation.

What radio equipment and software configuration are needed to successfully send a message over the air?

If you are new to Winlink or want a refresher, this online workshop is for you.  We’ll go over the basics of the Winlink application, learn how to create a message, attach forms like the ICS-213, ICS-213RR, a Field Situation Report and learn how to send images.

Be sure to join us.  Perry, W6AUN will be our trainer during the online workshop.
