Mini-SET

A regional pre-SET activity.  A follow-up to the May 20th Mini-SET, this is essentially a shake-out of the DMR Talk Groups from the EOCs that will be employed in the SET.  Similar to the propogation tests we perform when we conduct a facility survey for our Key Location Forms.  This will likely only require a coupe of DMR savvy members at each of our served EOCs.
