Elbert County EOC Orientation

This orientation is provided to those R1D5 members who desire to be specially qualified to serve in the Elbert County Emergency Operations Center (EOC) in the ESF-2 Communications capacity. These specially qualified individuals , known as the ESF-2 Cadre, will be the first called when the ESF-2 function is required during an Elbert County EOC activation.
The two-hour orientation required to be on the ESF-2 Cadre:
